Exhibitions
CEAAC — Hope for Change. Hackney Flashers, from London to Strasbourg
with Claude Dugit-Gros, Julie Luzoir, and Pascaline Morincôme
October 4, 2025 – March 8, 2026
This exhibition brings into dialogue, across a 50-year span, the practices of three contemporary artist-researchers with those of the feminist collective of English visual activists Hackney Flashers from the 1970s. It addresses issues that remain highly topical today: gender and class inequalities in employment, parenting, and domestic labor.
La Kunsthalle Mulhouse — Taking Time
Christiane Fath and François Bauer
February 6 – April 26, 2026
Presented together for the first time, Christiane Fath and François Bauer take over La Kunsthalle—its spaces as well as its architectural features—to create an immersive installation inviting visitors to “take time.” Drawing on their respective practices as painter and ceramicist, and their shared love of vibrant colors, they present a body of works, many created specifically for the exhibition. Through their staging, these works form an environment conducive to reverie. Paintings, objects, sets, and furniture all become part of the artwork; every element enters into dialogue around a shared project: composing a space of pleasure and well-being where art unfolds through color, form, material, and play.
CRAC Alsace — Inspiraling
Group exhibition
November 14, 2025 – March 1, 2026
Artists, publishers, and educators behind several collective projects, Robin Brettar, Matilda Çobanli, Jessica Gysel, Katja Mater, Clare Noonan, and Marnie Slater celebrate queer loves and friendships, which they envision as a constellation of possibilities. Driven by a desire to live communally, the group acquired a building in Molenbeek (Brussels) to create a shared living and working space. At CRAC Alsace, they extend this collective energy with Inspiraling, an exhibition in which affective networks unfold and intertwine.
