Jean-Pascal Flavien designs and builds houses that are conceptual entities, shaping ideas and situations that are both fictions and veritable livable experiences for inhabitants and visitors. For this performance, Flavien creates a situation removed from a musical and set in a real estate agency. Ricardo Frenzel Baudisch performs to music by Augustin Maurs about the act of selling a ‘vacation house’ – i.e., a house on vacation from its inhabitants. Texts written by Flavien and Julien Bismuth.
